How it works
Stop at the automated pay station at the entrance to the Soft Touch Speedwash tunnel at our World Class facility at 207 Tapleys Hill Road, Seaton. Follow the instructions you’ll see and hear at the automated pay station. When prompted, choose your wash package and then select “Join Wash Club”. You will be asked to swipe your credit card which will automatically deduct the first months fee, allowing you instant access to member benefits. A written receipt will be printed by the pay station. Show this to the attendant when you enter the speedwash tunnel.
An ID tag will be discreetly attached to the top of your windscreen. Our computerised system then recognises this tag when you approach the wash tunnel, allowing you to proceed directly into the speedwash. It’s the fastest, easiest and most convenient way to enjoy the long-lasting benefits of Soft Touch Speedwash.
VIP Wash Club Terms and Conditions
- Soft Touch Speedwash’s VIP Wash Club gives members access to the car wash of their choice once a day for one low monthly fee deducted from your credit card.
- Participation requires installation of a Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) on registered vehicle’s inside front windshield.
- The monthly fee will be deducted from the customer’s credit card on the same day each month.
- Membership options can be changed or upgraded by notifying Manager of Soft Touch Speedwash.
- Notify Soft Touch Speedwash in writing if you wish to cease Wash Club membership.
Written notification to cease membership must be received within 30 days of next billing date. - No refunds or credits are given for partial periods.
- Soft Touch Speedwash will not onsell customer details to any other provider and will respect the privacy of all members. Provision of mobile and/or email contact details is required.
- Soft Touch Speedwash VIP Wash Club members who provide email and/or mobile number will receive updates on exclusive Wash Club offers and benefits as soon as they occur.
- The RFID tag is unique to the vehicle it was attached to and is non-transferable.
- Customer must notify Soft Touch Speedwash if registered vehicle’s Identification tag is damaged, the vehicle is sold or the windshield is replaced. Tag will be deactivated and a new tag issued. There is a $10 charge for replacement ID Tag.
- The Identification tag remains the property of Soft Touch Speedwash and must be surrendered upon request, if a tag is tampered with, or the membership is used in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions, the membership will be terminated and all monies paid will be forfeited.
- VIP Wash Club is valid at Soft Touch Speedwash during normal business hours If Soft Touch Speedwash is unable to charge a credit card for any reason the customers membership will be de-activated.
- Unlimited Wash Club is valid at Soft Touch Speedwash during normal business hours.
- Soft Touch Speedwash plans to close on Christmas day and Good Friday. Soft Touch
- Speedwash may close during inclement/severe weather conditions or unexpected tunnel maintenance/repairs.
- In the event pricing, terms and conditions change, the new information will be posted on the www.speedwash.biz website and at the car wash. Price changes will take immediate effect for new customers and will be applied after 30 days to existing customers.
- Soft Touch Speedwash reserves the right to refuse or cancel and VIP Club membership at any time and at our full discretion.
- Taxi and Ride Share vehicles are not eligible for VIP Unlimited Wash Club Membership. However, we offer a specialised Taxi Club membership, which you can join by visiting our office.
