The VIP Unlimited Wash Club can only be associated with one vehicle. If you purchase a new vehicle simply contact us to update your vehicle profile. VIP Unlimited Wash Club monthly membership fees are automatically billed to your credit card each month in advance and each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated in writing by you or by SoftTouch Speedwash at its discretion.
Please note that Taxi and Ride Share vehicles are not eligible for VIP Unlimited Wash Club Membership. However, we offer a specialised Taxi Club membership, which you can join by visiting our office.

How to cancel
The VIP Unlimited Wash Club is month to month, there are no long term commitments or contracts, no hidden cancellation charges. In the event that you would like to cancel your membership, Soft Touch Speedwash must receive written notice 30 days before your billing date. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
